Sebastian Wolff-Marting was born 1977 in West-Berlin. He studied law at Johan Wolfgang v. Goethe University in Frankfurt (Main) and at Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg. He earned his Law Degree in 2001 in Freiburg, choosing computer law as a focus.

As a trainee lawyer he worked with the Brussels office of the law firm Lovells on European competition and antitrust law cases and with the Washington, DC based law firm Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP in the area of computer and internet law.

Mr. Wolff-Marting earned his Bar Exam in Duesseldorf in 2004, choosing International Private Law as a focus.

He was admitted to the Berlin Bar in February 2005.

His areas of practice include IP laws and computer and internet law with a focus on negotiating and drafting contracts for IT-firms and customers.

In 2009 he was granted the title of Certified Lawyer For Intellectual Property Laws.

Today Attorney at Law Wolff-Marting is an experienced Litigator. He has represented his clients in several hundred cases in courts all over Germany.
