We understand that the costs of legal advice must be reasonable and comprehensible for our clients. In the regard of confidence we are committed to the principle of transparency.

The compensation for our service is charged on an hourly basis. The hourly rate is from € 150 to 300[1] ($190 to 390)[1] depending on the scope and the complexity of the individual business.

As alternative we offer fixed and guaranteed prices for a variety of our services, such as the application of trademarks, website audits or the preparation of contracts or terms and conditions. To prepare an individual offer for you we first need to know the task. Feel free to phone us or send us an email for a non binding offer.

All information transferred to us is kept strictly confidential according to German and European Laws and Regulations.

If representation in a German court is necessary, fees may be based on the sum in dispute in accordance with the rule laid down in the Code of Lawyers' fees, Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG). Fees based on a quota litis are, with few exemptions, illegal according to German Law. The winning party of a trial however will be reimbursed with their costs by the opponent.

[1] Price Examples are subject to an individual agreement between us and our clients. If the client is located within Germany or a member state of the European Union a sales tax of 19% may be added.
